Water, barley malt, roasted barley, hops, yeast.
A classic of Irish brewing. Due to the relatively high mineral content of water in Dublin, lighter beer styles were not particularly successful, while darker styles—especially stouts—were exceptional. In our interpretation of this style, we replicated both the mineral composition of the water and the malt bill, combined with noble British hops.
